Project Overview

Build-out of a 5,000 sq ft legal office suite within an existing commercial tower. The project included 12 private offices, a boardroom, reception area, kitchenette, and server room with dedicated cooling. Sound-rated walls were installed between offices and the boardroom for client confidentiality.

Scope of Work

Complete suite build-out from base building shell to move-in ready legal office, including all mechanical, electrical, and finishing trades.
