Multi-Floor Office Build-Out

Project Overview

Complete office build-out spanning two floors of a Class A tower in Toronto's financial district. The project included demolition of existing layouts, new framing and drywall throughout, upgraded electrical and data infrastructure, HVAC modifications for the new floor plan, and premium finishes including custom millwork reception area and executive boardrooms.

Scope of Work

Full interior construction from demolition to move-in ready, including all mechanical and electrical coordination.
