Privacy and measurement
What we collect and why
Last updated September 10, 2026
Contact requests
When you use a contact form, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, business contact information, property address, requested service, timing, and project description. We use this information to assess the request, follow up, and prepare a service call, walkthrough, or quote path.
Photos and files
If you upload photos or drawings, we store them with the related request so the Homeland team can understand the work. Do not upload personal, financial, access-control, or other sensitive information that is not needed to assess the property work.
Website measurement
We use first-party website analytics and may use Google Analytics, Meta, and OpenAI Ads measurement when those services are configured. These tools help us understand page visits, campaign performance, and completed lead actions. Advertising attribution may use campaign parameters, referral identifiers, cookies, local storage, or similar browser technologies. We do not intentionally send the text of your project request to advertising platforms.
Tracked campaign calls
If you call a dedicated campaign number, our phone provider processes caller and routing information to connect the call to Homeland. Our website activity record keeps a hashed call identifier, call status, call duration, and campaign source so we can distinguish a real call from a phone-link click. We do not store the caller number in website analytics, and we do not record call audio for this campaign measurement.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, store submitted information, deliver notifications, protect the service, and measure performance. They process information for these operational purposes under their own terms and safeguards. We do not sell contact-form information.
Your choices
You can change optional advertising measurement below and may contact us to ask about information associated with a request. Some operational records may be retained where needed for project administration, security, legal, or accounting purposes.
Optional advertising measurement: no choice saved.
Declining reloads this page so previously loaded advertising tools stop running here. Browser settings can remove cookies already stored.
