Frequently Asked Questions

How do you handle trip hazards on commercial property?

We assess each trip hazard and recommend the most cost-effective solution. Minor height differences (under 1/2 inch) can be ground down same-day. Larger issues require concrete removal and replacement. We document everything for your liability records.

Can concrete work be done in winter?

Concrete pours require temperatures above 5°C for proper curing. In winter, we can use heated enclosures and accelerated concrete mixes for critical repairs. For non-urgent work, we recommend scheduling during April-November for best results.

Do you obtain permits for concrete work?

When required by municipality, yes. Sidewalk repairs on municipal property and new concrete construction typically require permits. We handle the permit process and coordinate municipal inspections.
