What flooring is best for high-traffic commercial spaces?

For most commercial spaces, we recommend LVP (luxury vinyl plank) or commercial carpet tile. LVP is extremely durable, waterproof, and easy to replace individual planks. Carpet tile allows replacement of worn sections without replacing entire floors. We advise based on your specific use case.

Can you match existing flooring for partial replacements?

We maintain relationships with major commercial flooring suppliers and can often source matching or closely matching products. For discontinued materials, we can suggest compatible alternatives. We always provide samples for approval before installation.

How do you handle asbestos in old VCT flooring?

Properties built before 1990 may have asbestos-containing VCT. We coordinate asbestos testing through certified labs and, if confirmed, arrange abatement through licensed contractors before installing new flooring. We manage the entire process.
