Painting Services

Interior and exterior painting, wall preparation, ceiling painting, and specialty coatings for commercial spaces.

A good paint job comes down to prep. Anyone can roll paint on a wall — the difference is whether it still looks good in two years. We patch, sand, and prime properly before the first coat goes on. That's why property managers call us back.

Lobbies, corridors, offices, retail spaces, parking garages, exterior facades — we paint it all. Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, commercial-grade product selected for the application. High-traffic hallways get scrubbable finishes. Occupied spaces get low-VOC product and off-hours scheduling so tenants aren't breathing fumes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you paint while the building is occupied?

That's how most of our painting work happens. Low-VOC product, work in sections, evenings and weekends when needed. We keep work areas clean and coordinate with your team so tenants know what's happening.

What paint brands do you use?

Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams, commercial grade. Scrubbable finishes for high-traffic areas. We also do specialty coatings — epoxy, anti-graffiti, fire-retardant — whatever the spec calls for.

How long does a paint job take?

A 1,000 sq ft suite — 2 to 3 days with prep. Corridor work on a multi-floor building — 1 to 2 weeks. We give you a schedule before we start.
