Yes. Every construction project gets a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact. They manage the day-to-day operations, coordinate sub-trades, handle inspections, and provide you with regular progress updates. You always know who to call.

How do you handle change orders during construction?

Change orders are documented formally with a description of the change, reason, cost impact, and schedule impact. No additional work proceeds without written approval. We track change orders against the original contract to maintain budget transparency.

What documentation do you provide at project completion?

Our closeout package includes as-built drawings, warranty information for all products and systems, maintenance manuals, TAB reports, permit sign-offs, final inspection certificates, and a deficiency list resolution log. Everything your property management records need.
